This poster was created by Anna Smith to promote the 1983 'Women and Manual Trades National Conference'.

The conference offered a space for women working in manual trades to discuss issues they faced working in 'masculine' jobs, especially sexual harassment in the workplace. The cartoon offers another brilliant example of feminist humour.
